Where is my order?
Processing time is 2-8 business days. Once shipped out, delivery will take 1-5 days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
How to get in contact with Customer Service?
If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at support@orenafragrances.com We will get back to you as soon as possible. We are a very small team and currently experiencing a very large number of inquiries so please allow at-least 1-3 business days for a response.
Please note, our customer service team works Monday through Friday, so emails received on weekends will not be immediately responded to.
What is the shipping time frame for pre-order items?
All orders that include a pre-order item will ship out according to the ship date on the pre-ordered product. This date can be found on it's product page. Please read our Pre-Order Policy for more information on how Pre-Orders work.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this window, all orders proceed to processing and shipment preparation, making cancellations no longer possible.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do not currently offer any wholesale programs.
What to do if I entered the wrong delivery address by accident?
If you've entered the wrong delivery address on your order, please contact us via email ASAP so we can get your shipping address updated. We can only change your shipping address if the package has not yet been assigned a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to recover the package.
Do you guys offer returns?
Yes, we offer a 14-day period for returns on full priced items. Please review our Return Policy here for more information.
Can I suggest a scent that I'm interested in seeing for future releases?
Yes, of course. We choose our releases solely based off of customer suggestions so if there's a scent you want us to add to the collection, please fill out our survey here to help choose our next scent!
